Welcome to Life Empowered
I work with Women and Teens in creating a nurturing, and healthy environment through a 12 week Lifestyle Transformation program called The Healthy Edge. The first 8 weeks are devoted to one on one and or group sessions, with the remaining 4 weeks continuing on what we call a maintenance or transition program at home.
Too many of us are overweight, stressed out, over-worked and completely over-loaded. The common “fixes” don’t work. More than 90% of all diets fail. Only 27% of us exercise on a regular basis. Most of us don’t actually get enough to eat or eat often enough. More than any time in history we are dying from strokes, heart attacks, diabetes and cancer. We don’t get enough sleep and we don’t have enough fun. The American lifestyle is not the American Dream.
What can a Health Coach do for you?
I am a certified Healthy Edge Coach and Facilitator. The principles I follow were designed by a university instructor in Nutrition and Biology and Certified Personal Trainer*. The program is designed to build up your physical and emotional health.
As your coach I will help you:
* Eat smarter and healthier
* Increase your activity level
* Release negative thought patterns
* Achieve physical and emotional well-being
* Release weight, look great, and feel better.
My only goal as your coach is your success. You will discover a solution for emotional eating and freedom from a life controlled by food. You will identify the negative thought patterns that sabotage your dreams. You can have a healthy relationship with food. By working with me, a professional, certified coach, you can release weight and keep it off for good
